Geoffroy Gillant is an award-winning French contemporary designer based in Paris. His creations have been acknowledged and exhibited in international contests and fairs.
The objects he designs are the results of a creative process associating streamlined production with refined aesthetics. Inspired by minimalism he aims at finding the right balance between function and emotion, and believes objects respond to both concrete and contemplative needs.
He holds a Master's degree in Product Design from Ecole Superieure d’Art et Design of Reims, France. Following the graduation, he worked as an Assistant Designer to Tomas Alonso Design Studio in London for 3 years where he pursued commissioned and self-initiated projects for international product and furniture companies, such as Swarovski, Camper, Hay, Arita Ceramics etc.
Since 2016, Geoffroy Gillant obtained a position of Project Manager at Lancôme International Retail Design Studio in Paris and continues to develop his own practice.
